THE CONSOLIDATION OF MEDICAL SPECIAL AND INCENTIVE PAYS KNOWN AS BOARD CERTIFIED PAY (BCP) FID 19, VARIABLE SPECIAL PAY (VSP) FID 20 AND 24 HAVE TRANSITIONED TO SAVE PAY EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016 UNDER FID 09, WITH THE FOLLOWING SUBFIDS: FID 15 IS FOR BCP AND FID 16 IS FOR INCENTIVE PAY (IP). THESE ENTITLEMENTS ARE PAID ON A MONTHLY BASIS. 3. RETENTION BONUS ENTITLEMENTS WILL CONTINUE TO BE PAID UNDER FID 25 WITH RELATED RD FID LINE AND A FUT ENTRY TYPE 'Q'.
